Great little van

Had a lovely time! The owners were very prompt with communication, and gave a very thorough and helpful handover. A neat and comfortable little vehicle with a good amount of storage space for its small size. Came well-equipped including chairs, table and kitchen equipment. We took it to the snow and were toasty warm inside with the supplied heater!

I used this van and the annex at the Numeralla Folk Festival weekend and it was ideal. The van's electronic braking system plugged into the 7pin on the Subaru Forester and connected via Bluetooth to a phone app. I had good visibility in side mirrors when towing the van. Arriving early, there was open space to park facing North for the solar panels, and to leave the van hitched. Putting up the annex for the first time was a two person job. There is a very high step up into the van. I use a CPAP machine and the van battery plus solar ran the fridge during the day and my CPAP for 2 nights using the single 12V cigarette lighter type connection. The van and annex was admired by other campers. My mini break was great !

Very easy to coordinate the pick up and drop off with a detailed handover to help us get our bearings. The van itself is comfortable and functional for a couple but a bit more tricky with a young familywe didnt use the bunks and instead had a separate camp mattress set up in the annex with a portacot for our two little ones. We also ended up using all our own crockery and cutlery and bedding as we have all of that already having been camping before but the provided items are perfect if you dont have anything yourself ready to go. Highly recommend trying something like this out before you buy anything to get a good sense of what works for you and your family - it was a great test for us!

Great weekend away with the van. The fridge was not working(no big deal) there was no table or chairs as per the description and the tap adaptor for the fresh water hose connection to van was not with the hose. None of these minor issues affected the great weekend away. It rained a bit and I was dry, slept well and was comfortable. All the important milestones for a good camping trip. Thanks

This van was really good - just what we were after for a week travelling throughout NSW. From caravan park camping to off-grid camping in National parks it suited the two of us perfectly.

Great van for a quick trip away! Easy towing, lighter weight, and still plenty of room. I highly recommend Escape On Wheels!

Great, compact van that is easy to set up, take-down, is water-tight, easy to tow and comprehensive explanation of how to use all the equipment from the owners at pick-up. Highly recommend Escape on Wheels and the J-Pod.

Perfect little camper for any getaway.

It was very comfortable and trailer was light and easy to cary.

Despite not getting the keys on picking up the van which required some extra time to get, all was great. Comfortable and great to tow

Neat tidy, comfortable, well maintained, all the essentials provided. We would do it again.

Handover with Escape on Wheels was great. We travelled from Canberra to the Warrumbungles. Towed with my Ford Falcon which was fine, but I wouldn't try towing with anything smaller.

Van was great. Very clean and easy to tow.

Van was comfortable and luckily I was the first one to use this van. Phillipe and Andrea was very helpful and answered all questions within reasonable time while we were on holiday. Made few suggestions to Phillipe how to get more undercover space as if its rainy day available space get really congested if you have few children. Overall van was fantastic and very lightweight to tow. Will definitely hire again.
